Cwtch Limited (the "Company") is intended for the particular purpose of companion matching. Matches will either be exact or very close to the given criteria. For all sites that charge a membership rate, the new member rate is a one time non-refundable rate. Your membership with Cwtch Limited entitles you to a limited period of time of service from the date of registration. You will receive these listings via e-mail or by logging in using your chosen Member Name and Password. This contract is for your exclusive use only. Failure to comply will result in immediate membership termination. Unauthorised distribution of this contract or any portion of it may result in legal action.

Cwtch Limited does not endorse any members who list with us. We do not make any representations as to individual character. It is each member's responsibility to determine the character and acceptability of any prospective companion. Cwtch Limited, is not and will not be responsible for error or omissions that may occur, consequential or otherwise. Cwtch Limited CANNOT be held responsible for any events that transpire through use of our service.

Restrictions on Use of Materials. No material from Cwtch Limited, any subdirectory on Cwtch Limited or any Web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by same, or any of its related, affiliated or subsidiary companies (collectively, "Cwtch Limited"), may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of The Company. In the event you download software from the site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software (collectively, the "Software") are licensed to you by The Company Cwtch Limited does not transfer title to the Software to you. You own the medium on which the Software is recorded, but Cwtch Limited retains full and complete title to the Software, and all intellectual property rights therein. Termination. This contract will terminate immediately without notice from Cwtch Limited if in Cwtch Limited's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this contract. Should you be terminated for failure to comply with the terms and provisions of this contract, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other Cwtch Limited site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this contract or otherwise. Cwtch Limited reserves the right to refuse to list any member for any reason, or to edit content, should we feel it is inappropriate for our companion matching service purposes. We will do so especially if any inconsistencies, untruths or any attempt to harass or defraud any of our members, potential members or any subsidiary of The Company are found. Any client who is de-activated for such reason will NOT be entitled to a service fee refund of any kind. Furthermore, should infringement and criminal activity violate the integrity of our service or business, we will press charges. Such infringements include, but are not limited to, the illegal use of the information we provide or the distribution of the list for any purpose other than for the individual use of finding a companion.

The use and distribution of the Cwtch Limited name, reputation, information, content in any medium or web page may not be used in any way (other than for personal intended use of finding a companion) without the expressed, written consent of Cwtch Limited or a Cwtch Limited authorised representative. This contract is effective until you find a companion, or until the end of the terms of contract stated above. You may terminate this contract at any time by deactivating your membership on our web site.

Other. Cwtch.com, a service of Cwtch Limited, reserves the right to promote and market our service in the best way we see fit, without compromise to the integrity of our Company. Changes to promotional partnerships may or may not be announced. Cwtch Limited will occasionally send you information about promotions and specials we feel maybe of interest to you in accordance to our privacy policy. If any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable in accordance with state law, then that provision shall be dissolved from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Cwtch Limited disclaims any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever relating to this service, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. No judgment or warranty is made with respect to the accuracy, timeliness, or suitability of the content of other services or sites to which these screens link, and Cwtch Limited takes no responsibility. A link to a service or site outside of the Cwtch.com website is not an endorsement of the service or site, its content or its sponsoring organization.
